1. PLATFORM IDENTITY

RukkyStore operates under the trading name RUKKYSTORE SMM, while its legally registered entity is:

Tbazix Company Limited (CAC – Nigeria)

All child panel services are provided under this legal entity for regulatory, tax, and compliance purposes.

2. OVERVIEW OF SERVICE

RukkyStore provides managed child panel solutions that allow users to operate their own SMM panel under our infrastructure.

By default, all child panels are:

Fully managed by RukkyStore

Hosted on our secured infrastructure

Connected only to our internal API providers

Subject to our system-wide policies (Terms, Privacy, AML, GDPR)

3. OWNERSHIP & ACCESS

Child panel users are granted admin-level access only

Server-level, database, or hosting access is NOT provided by default

RukkyStore retains full control over:

Hosting environment

Backend systems

Security configurations

This ensures system stability, fraud prevention, and platform integrity.

4. API USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Child panels are restricted to RukkyStore-approved API providers only

External APIs are NOT allowed under managed plans

API manipulation, bypass attempts, or system interference is strictly prohibited

Violation will result in:

Immediate suspension

Possible permanent termination

Loss of access and associated data

5. PUBLIC API ACCESS

RukkyStore provides a separate public API which:

Is available to developers and external platforms

Operates independently from child panel systems

Must be used in accordance with our API and platform policies

6. PAYOFF & FULL OWNERSHIP TRANSFER

Child panel users may request full ownership through a Payoff Process.

Upon successful completion:

Full server/hosting access is granted

User gains complete control of the panel

External APIs can be connected

Panel may be migrated خارج (outside) RukkyStore infrastructure

7. PAYOFF FEES & MIGRATION

Payoff requires a one-time fee, determined by RukkyStore

Additional charges may apply for:

Data migration

Technical setup

Custom configurations

Important:

Migration assistance may be provided, but is not guaranteed

Compatibility with third-party systems is NOT guaranteed

After transfer, full responsibility shifts to the user

8. RESPONSIBILITIES OF CHILD PANEL USERS

You are fully responsible for:

Managing your customers and resellers

Handling disputes, refunds, and support

Setting pricing and service terms

Ensuring lawful and ethical use

RukkyStore is NOT responsible for your business operations or user interactions.

9. AML, FRAUD & COMPLIANCE

To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and fraud prevention regulations:

We reserve the right to:

Request KYC verification

Monitor transactions and activity

Restrict or freeze panels under investigation

Child panels must NOT be used for:

Fraudulent transactions

Money laundering

Illegal services or promotions

Violation may result in:

Immediate suspension

Fund restriction

Reporting to authorities where required

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may NOT:

Attempt unauthorized system access

Reverse engineer platform systems

Exploit bugs or pricing errors

Use panels for spam, fraud, or illegal activity

Any violation leads to:

Immediate suspension

Possible permanent ban

11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim for high uptime but do NOT guarantee uninterrupted service

Systems may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable

Maintenance or upgrades may occur without prior notice

12. DATA & PRIVACY

Child panel data is handled in accordance with:

Our Privacy Policy

GDPR Compliance Policy

We implement:

Secure data storage

Access controls

Monitoring systems

However:

RukkyStore is NOT liable for data loss caused by:

User negligence

Misconfiguration after transfer

External attacks beyond reasonable control

13. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

RukkyStore reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate any child panel

Restrict access due to violations

Enforce policies without prior notice

This includes cases involving:

Fraud

Abuse

Breach of any platform policy

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RukkyStore is NOT liable for:

Business losses

Revenue loss

Customer disputes

Panel downtime

Issues after ownership transfer

Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service.

15. RELATIONSHIP DISCLAIMER

Child panels operate as independent businesses.

RukkyStore:

Does NOT act as a partner or co-owner

Does NOT manage your customers

Does NOT assume liability for your operations

16. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this policy at any time.

Continued use of child panel services = acceptance of updated terms.
