All users, partners, and regulatory authorities are informed that:

• The name used on the website, marketing materials, and interface is RUKKYSTORE SMM
• The legal entity name is Tbazix Company Limited
• All transactions, contracts, compliance, and tax reporting are carried out under the registered name

This distinction ensures transparency and regulatory compliance.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
